Bend Parks & Rec and NPJ Bend have worked together for years to bring high-quality, super fun volleyball training to our great city. Aimed at beginner and early intermediate players, these clinics give players the chance to experience the NPJ way of coaching and training. Our focus is on creating well-rounded athletes who understand the game and how to succeed in all positions, rotations and lineups. Players will get the chance to drill and play games that build confidence and a joy for the game.

Indoor: If your player has knee pads that is awesome! It is not a requirement but knee pads give new players confidence when diving. Please have your player bring a water bottle to each practice. We will build in plenty of water breaks. Please have your player dress in athletic clothing and court shoes, no jewelry.

Beach: We see a variety of weather conditions in Bend, so players are advised to bring both short and long sleeved tops and bottoms, hat/visors, sunglasses, sand socks, skin care and plenty of water & snacks.
