1) Printed and filled out medical release form 

2) Printed or picture copy of updated CEVA membership card. Please click the link below to update your membership or purchase a new membership.

NPJ will no longer issue refunds or credits for any program cancellations. Instead, participants have the option to purchase USSCI insurance during registration to protect their investment in case of injury, relocation, weather cancellations, or other unforeseen circumstances.

All refund requests must be handled directly with USSCI. For more information or to submit a claim, please visit USSCI Claims Submission or email claim.submission+ussci@reserv.com.

Team assignments will be finalized during the last hour of tryouts and athletes will receive their club package that details their team, travel schedule, team dues, etc. Once team assignments are accepted, contracts must be completed and turned in along with the initial deposit (letters of intent must be signed whether or not the athlete accepts their team assignment). After that is completed, athletes will go through the process of gear sizing and ordering. 

Club cost coming soon! We are waiting to hear back from tournaments and hotels. We offer a $150 discount if you pay in full. 

Payments will be due on the first of each month. When your athlete is placed on a team, they will receive a link to register with their team on tryout day. At that time, we will set up an automatic payment plan.

Nike uniforms and gear, practice/gym time, coaches’ pay, 10-13 tournaments (Local will get 6 tournaments total and only travel in Central Oregon) 

Hotels are NOT included in dues. Families are responsible for lodging for their athlete for all tournaments. If you are not attending a tournament, you are responsible for making arrangements with another family on the team.

Yes! We offer various different programs including camps, clinics, academies, private lessons, etc. Please see other programming in your preferred location's web tab. Other programs besides multi-day camps will not receive any NPJ gear/uniform or attend tournaments. If your team schedule allows, you can join other programs along with being on an NPJ team.

We are motivated to help each one of our athletes get connected with coaches and will help provide film, stats, etc. We are proud to say every athlete in our club that has wanted to play at the collegiate level has had the opportunity to do so and we do not plan on breaking that achievement! Over the last 3 years, we signed off over 100 seniors to play at the next level! We promise to help you achieve your goals!
