WELCOME TO NPJ SEATTLE!
As North Pacific Juniors has grown over the years, it’s always been important to us to be a part of the Seattle area and the wonderful athletes and families here. In 2020, NPJ Seattle was launched following the merger with the former Kent Juniors volleyball club, creating a strong foundation built on shared values, community, and athlete development. Since then, the program has continued to grow, starting with 9 teams in our first season, expanding to 14 teams in year two, 24 teams in 2023 and 2024, 25 teams in 2025, and reaching 27 teams for the 2026 season. We are grateful for the continued trust and support which helped NPJ Seattle grow into the program it is today.
Our home is the Performance Zone @ FieldhouseUSA which gives us the opportunity to offer a host of training options to the entire South Seattle region. Our athletes are able to take advantage of our multi-court training facility, innovative coaching methods, and top tier recruiting services, to take their volleyball experience as far as they desire.
Our Seattle location is run by Seattle Club Director - Paula Schwan with over 30 years of coaching experience at the highest levels in working with Division 1, Olympic, Professional, and National coaches. Paula's love and knowledge of the game is infectious, and she loves to share it with all those who are present in the gym with her. Her preparation, practice structure and game plans help every student-athlete strive to be better and gain the ability to compete at the next level.
