As a parent or player your primary spot to get up-to-date information on schedules and tournaments will be your NPJ Team Page.  On this page you can find:

- Coaches Info
- Rosters
- Season Tournament Schedule
- Practice and Events Schedule
- Updated Tournament Information*
- Hotel and airline information

*We will post updated Tournament Information to the "news" section of your Team Page one week prior to scheduled tournament dates.  

This information is also mirrored on the SE Mobile App, and updates to this page will be pushed to the Mobile App.  See the video below.

We recommend using the Sportsengine Mobile App to stay up-to-date on all the team schedule information and communication.  It is a very convenient way to get schedule updates, view tournament information as it's posted, and communicate with the team via text and email.

- Manage your account
- Get real time notifications on your phone
- View current tournament information
- Get links to AES schedules and Google Maps directions
- Chat with the team and parents
- Send emails to the team, or individual members
- Post photos or videos from tournaments

You can download the SE Mobile App by going to your App Store on your phone, and searching for the SportsEngine App.

Once you have downloaded the app, be sure to sign in using the SE username and password you use to register for NPJ programs.

When you first set up your SE Mobile App, you'll want to make sure that Notifications are turned on, so that you get real-time schedule updates and tournament information.

Turning on Notifications

1) Click the Accounts icon in the lower right
2) Click the Gear icon in the upper right of your main account page
3) Click Notification Settings
4) Choose the team you want to change notifications for
5) Turn on all notification you wish to receive.  NOTE:  Media notifications are important for updated Tournament Information posts.

We frequently get asked if we can add an additional parent to the Team roster so they can view the team in the Sportsengine Mobile App.  Since access to team information is tied to your athletes SE account, this is not something we can access on our end.  

However it is extremely easy to do from both the Mobile App and Team Page.

Adding a Parent from the Mobile App 

1) Click the Accounts icon in lower right
2) Choose your athlete
3) Click the blue pencil icon in lower right
4) Click "Add Guardian"
5) Put in the email for the parent you are adding
6) This will invite the parent to create an SE account tied to your athlete and it will give them access to team information.

Adding a Parent from the SE website: 

1) Sign in to you SE Account at https://my.sportngin.com/user
2) Click "Household” and choose your athlete
3) Under “Guardians” there is a "+" symbol
4) Click that and put in the email for the parent you are adding
5) This will invite the parent to create an SE account tied to your athlete and it will give them access to team information.

We frequently hear that people do not always receive the SE email to Accept NPJ Assignment.  If you have not received that email, or it has gone into your junk folder ... there is another way to Accept NPJ Assignment

Accepting NPJ Assignment  

1) Login to SportEngine:  https://my.sportngin.com/user
2) Choose the HOME tab on the left
3) You should see "Club Assignment Requests" at the top
4) Click "View Details"
5) Proceed to Accept the Assignment, and verify your USAV membership
