Check in begins 45 minutes prior to tryouts (Please do NOT arrive before 45 minutes prior)

Please bring the following to tryouts:

1) Please note all tryout players are REQUIRED to purchase a tryout or season membership with USAV.  Purchase with the link here.  PSR will open up for membership on July 1st, bring proof at check in (not required to continue with registration).  

2) Make sure to complete and bring the medical release form…link is below…

3) Print/Sign Concussion and Sudden Cardiac Arrest Acknowledgement form here…

4) Please Print or bring picture copy of USAV Membership or Tryout membership (we will purchase AAU memberships when practices start)
