Charlie played two years of club volleyball at Dakine before playing club indoor and beach at Grand Canyon University. He .graduated with a Bachelors of Science in Exercise Science with an emphasis in Sports Management.

After three years coaching beach and indoor in both club and high school environments, he is most excited to give players the opportunity to fail, learn, and grow. It is through this development process they not only become better athletes, but better people
