Siuila “Coach Wee” is a positive and dedicated volleyball coach who is passionate about guiding her players to reach their full potential on and off the court.  Her coaching philosophy revolves around fostering teamwork, integrity, perseverance, and building confidence in her athletes.

Siuila recognizes coaching younger athletes is an incredible opportunity to shape their love for the game and instill a solid foundation. She understands teaching proper techniques from an early age is crucial for their long-term development. Through patient and effective instruction, Siuila ensures her players grasp the fundamentals and understands the importance of communication and teamwork. This is her sixth year coaching and second season with NPJ!

Allyssa Nguyen is in her first year assistant coaching! Volleyball has always been a big part of her life since she was young and the sport has really shaped who she is now as an athlete. Allyssa has been playing volleyball for 5 years (and counting!) and been passionate since day 1!

Her philosophy as a coach, especially for this age group, is to always have fun but have productive fun! How you play during practice is how you play in a game and so she think it is super important to focus up during practices, so we can have fun during a game. The girls are still young and trying to figure out who they are as individuals and so she is excited to see  them grow as athletes and to be their cheerleaders along the way while giving them the knowledge she has obtained in her journey.
