Maynard is a coach full of positive energy and has a love for teaching the game. He has played volleyball for over 20 years and has coached club volleyball for the past four years at the U15 to U18 National levels. This will be his second season with NPJ.  He brings his extensive experience, knowledge of the game, and creative approach to teaching and training to the service of his team. Maynard is Gold Medal Squared trained and certified.

Maynard’s greatest reward is helping his players realize their growth potential and developing a passion for competition.
