Cody Burton - 15 National Head Coach

Cody Burton enters his second year at NPJ after coaching the 18 Nationals team last season. He spent the previous two years at MidTN Volleyball Club in Tennessee. He is in his second year as head coach at Todd Beamer High School in Federal Way where he was named 3A NPSL coach of the year after his first season.

Cody's passion for helping people is obvious. From the moment you meet him, you can feel how much he cares about helping others become the best version of themselves. His love for volleyball is infectious, and we can't get enough of it. Cody has a kind of precision and focus to his coaching that makes everyone around him better. His coaching goes above and beyond the X's and O's, and his players always know how important it is to him that they take care of their mental and physical health.

You can usually find Cody at any gym openings, academies, or doing lessons throughout the week. One thing you'll learn about him is he sets high expectations for his athletes, but even higher expectations for himself.
