Stephanie's coaching philosophy:  As a team, we will compete hard in practice and be well prepared for our contests.  We will be a team who brings out the best in one another, believes the best in one another, respects our opponents and the officials.  When we win we will celebrate together, and when we face challenges, we will maintain composure and fight hard together.

Stephanie coaches with her oldest daughter, and both daughter's have gone to play college volleyball.  Her husband supports her passion for the game and coaching young ladies to reach their goals.  Stephanie also has a son who is also a great athlete in basketball and football.  This is her first year with NPJ and we are happy she joined.
