Shannon Friesen- 14 National Head Coach

I am a Willamette Valley native who grew up in Keizer and graduated from McNary High School. Collectively I have coached volleyball for 16 years. I began coaching volleyball at McNary as a varsity assistant and also was the Freshman head coach. I have also coached club volleyball for 6 years in the Willamette Valley.

This will be my second season at NPJ. Last season, I assisted 14-National and enjoyed absorbing the culture here. I couldn't be more excited to transition to head coach for this season!

When I am not coaching, I spend time cheering on my girls at their volleyball games, camping, or relaxing at home with the family and our dog Cooper.
