Kayce Lilley - 16 National Head Coach

I grew up in Astoria and went to Astoria High School. Went to WOU then Oregon State to obtain a Masters degree in School Counseling. 8th year coaching at Dallas High School as a JV2 coach, varsity assistant and now head coach. Also, previously coached one year at Salem Volleyball Club and 4 years of basketball in Dallas. In the past 3 years, Dallas volleyball has made two state tournament appearances, a 5th place finish last year and back-to-back Sportsmanship award winners.


Grew up in Monmouth Oregon, played for NPJ back in 2012 on a girls 14s team. After that, played for 2 of the first boys programs to exist in the Northwest before moving to California for Senior year and played for Pacific Rim Volleyball Academy, as well as Bay to Bay Volleyball Club. Went to Open Nationals with Bay to Bay and placed 5th in the country in 2017. Was a setter for one year at Orange Coast College and rostered as a freshman, ended up placing 3rd in state after going undefeated in the 2019 regular season. Have done a multitude of coaching jobs for Pacific Rim Volleyball Academy, Washington State Team Camp, and the Guy Enriques Team Camp.

This will be my second season coaching here at NPJ, last season I was apart of everything I could be apart of, I was the head coach of 15 Elite, assistant for 14 National and assisted 12 Black. I am apart of most all academies, clinics and camps as well!

I also am now an assistant coach for the women’s volleyball Team at Linn Benton Community College, where I attend school now too.
