NPJ athletes gain national-level exposure by competing at top tournaments across the country—events heavily attended by NCAA Division I, II, III, NAIA, and Junior College coaches. We strategically build each team’s schedule to ensure two things:

1. the chance to test ourselves against elite competition, and
2. consistent visibility in front of college coaches.

Through our partnership with SportsRecruits, every NPJ player and coach can connect directly with college programs and showcase a personalized profile, video, and academic information—making it easier to get noticed and recruited.

Our mission is to provide the expertise and exposure athletes need to play collegiate volleyball. With national events, next-level recruiting tools, and strong relationships with programs nationwide, 252 NPJ athletes have accepted scholarships to continue their academic and athletic careers.
